What is Live Green Cincinnati?

Live Green Cincinnati aims to inspire, inform, and enable change and action to build the momentum of the green movement in Cincinnati.

Being environmentally conscious is not only for the beautiful hip celebrities or crunchy organic granola crowds, it is for everyone. With simple actions and a little forethought, you can cut your energy bill, save some gas, and contribute to leaving your neighborhood and our planet in good shape for your kids and their kids. Let's face it, if you're a real Cincinnatian, you and your offspring will never be able to leave this Midwestern oasis. Let's all change this town together for the better and Live Green Cincinnati! It can happen here.

Who is Live Green Cincinnati LLC?

Brianne Fahey LEED AP, PMP
Brianne is the publisher and lead contributor to Live Green Cincinnati. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC, is a certified Project Management Professional, and is registered as a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. Brianne is a lifelong Cincinnatian, and currently resides downtown. She is passionate about green building, energy efficiency, and environmental lifestyles.

Brianne's main goal is twofold:

  1. to bring the best green ideas and customize them so they can be easily adopted to our Cincinnati ways
  2. celebrate and promote all the excellent environmental initiatives that are already going strong in Cincinnati.

Suzanne Hanners

Suzanne is the director of online presence and marketing for Live Green Cincinnati. She holds degrees in International Studies and Film/TV, and has a Masters in Communication Arts. Suzanne has lived on the East Coast, down South, has been in Cincinnati for 10 years, and currently resides downtown. She brings a unique, experienced, and educated view to environmental and development ideas for Cincinnati. She is passionate about smart growth, new urbanism, mass transit, online communications, and sustainable lifestyles.
